I respect the intellect of my collectors and expect that you will make informed decisions before making any art purchase. To assist you in your selections, all new works created beginning in 2012 will come with full documentation of the creative process. You can be assured that all Jennifer Donald works are truly original in concept, design, composition and completion.
Purchasing
Whether you have already purchased one of my works or are ready to make your first purchase, I am deeply grateful for your loyalty and trust. I strive to create works that will completely satisfy my customers in quality, workmanship and pride of ownership. These paintings are available directly to my collectors for immediate purchase. While I understand that it is difficult to make a decision based on a photograph, you may arrange for a private viewing before making your selection. Please email me at jendonaldart@gmail.com to make arrangements for viewing. Payment Options For online purchases, I accept Paypal and Timed Payments. Timed payment options apply to all works over $200. A 25% down payment, with the remainder paid in 2-3 monthly installments. Art work is shipped or delivered after full payment is made. I fully respect all of my customers and your contact information is 100% safe. I will never give out or any information you provide such as name, address or email address. Return Policy Returns requested the same day as show will be given a full refund. At the conclusion of any show, exchanges of equal value will be accepted within 7 calendar days. If a purchase is made online for original paintings, I will accept refunds provided I have been notified within 3 days of receipt of art work. Partnership and Representation We will build our gallery relationship by working together to assist in selling my line.
