I work with tiny brushes and getting the
netting to work and look right was difficult.

I'd planned the morning to go to the Urbanna Oyster Festival in Urbanna, VA but in my usual way, I picked the wrong week!  Another beautiful clear morning and the 45 minute drive was so peaceful. I found myself in the most charming town - Urbanna, VA - and the early morning seemed both quiet and bustling at the same time. Joggers, dog walkers, the farmer's market setting up, but a few streets of the quaint fishing town were still sleeping and walking around I snapped photos of the beautiful landscaping and decorations in front of the shops. This is a rendering of the treasures I found on my adventure to Urbanna, and everyone who saw the painting said the same thing, "That's so Urbanna!"
